Position: Sales Executive.
Qualification: Any Graduate.
Experience: 0.6 Months to 5 Years.
Location: Hyderabad (Jublihills & Habsiguda)
- Identify potential customers and establish contact to promote Real Estate sales.
- Conduct various sales promotional activities from time to time, as directed by Sales & Marketing Head
- Respond sale enquiries of new and existing customers.
- Organise site visits and convert maximum site visits into sales.
- Complete sale proceedings/documentation as per the Company guidelines
- Meet monthly/annual sales targets
-Prepare monthly MIS/sales reports.
- Maintain good relations with existing and new customers.
- Should have good knowledge in Real Estate sales & marketing
- Should have excellent communication skills with knowledge of Telugu, Hindi & English languages
- Should have excellent sales/negotiation skills
- Should be self-motivated and go getter
- Should have strong commitment and desire to grow in career
-Should be able to perform under pressure with strong will
- Should be innovative and proactive and operate efficiently under minimal supervision.
- Should have good presentation and demonstration skills.
- Should be a good team player and work with synergy.
